Spiritual Conservatives are a category of religious people, who try to observe self-restraint in all aspects of life and stick to their religions' ethical code. The difference between Spiritual Conservative and other religious conservative group/movement is that Spiritual Conservative do not follow a specific religion but the root/origin of their religion. Spiritual Conservative from the Christian community could follow Abrahamic religions, while Spiritual Conservative from Hindu community could follow Dharmic Religions.
The term Collective consciousness refers to the condition of the subject within the whole of society, and how any given individual comes to view herself as a part of any given group. The term has specifically been used by social theorists/psychoanalysts like Durkheim, Althusser, and Jung to explicate how an autonomous individual comes to identify with a larger group/structure.
